At the time of booking, we kindly request that our guests carefully consider their yacht rental plans, as our vessels are highly sought-after and once reserved, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations.
We proudly uphold our commitment to providing unparalleled luxury and exclusivity, and thus, we immediately inform all subsequent inquiries that the yacht is “unavailable and taken” upon you booking your reservation.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and therefore, we offer a one-time, no-cost change of date for reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to the scheduled rental. Please note that rescheduling due to inclement weather is the sole exception to our cancellation policy, being that one cannot predict mother nature.

We are committed to providing our guests with a truly exceptional boating experience in Colombia. For your safety and comfort, we have a no-rain and small craft advisory policy, and we do not set sail if there is current or imminent rainfall or inclement weather. Our experienced captains make these decisions with utmost care and consideration for your safety, typically at least 2 hours prior to scheduled sailing time. Over the years we have gained much wisdom and knowledge about the area and it’s weather patterns.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to set sail due to weather, we offer a flexible rain date within the next 28 months for you to reschedule. Your payment will be applied as credit towards this future sailing, allowing you the flexibility to enjoy our luxury yacht rental service at a time that suits you.
Please note that if we do set sail on a day with less than ideal weather, and complete the full allotted time, discounts or credits will not be given, as all expenses, including fuel and captain’s time, have been fully incurred. If you decide to return to port early due to weather conditions, we may issue a pro-rata credit towards a future sailing time, based on the returned time and sea conditions. If the sea conditions were deemed safe and sail-able for the entire duration of your trip, no discount will be given.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with under 14 days’ notice will lose their 50% deposit. This is because it’s within our average window of booking, so after 14 days it becomes difficult to fill that spot again that we’ve been holding. We try to fill this day with another client and when done so we have no issue transferring the refunded deposit.
Cancellations with under 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full amount of the charter. At this point, it will be almost certainly impossible to fill that time slot.
Weather Cancellation Policy
If the port closes for any reason, it’s raining or there are any major storms we will first try to work with you to reschedule. If that is not possible, we will refund 100% of your payment.
Mother Nature’s decisions are out of our hands, and you shouldn’t pay for that!
